Board Members Present: Dave Wagner called the meeting to order at 11:05 a.m. with Barb Engle, Mike Shaffer, Don Niosi, Carol Buhman, Jim McGuire, Ken Brandel, and Donna Gilkes, treasurer.
Members Present: Bob Gilkes
Election of Officers: President: Motion by Jim McGuire, second by Barb Engle to elect Dave Wagner president,
motion approved.
Vice President: Motion by Carol Buhman, second by Barb Engle to elect Mike Shaffer vice
president, motion approved.
Minutes: Reviewed minutes from last meeting. Motion to approve by Barb Engle, second by Don Niosi, motion approved.
Treasurer’s Report: Reviewed treasurer’s report and revenues and expenses as of June 18, 2010. Motion to approve by Mike Schaffer, second by Ken Brandel, motion approved
The board reviewed our only past due assessment and will be filing an updated lien in Clayton County.
Bills: Current bills presented and reviewed. Motion to approve by Carol Buhman, second by Barb Engel, motion approved.
Building Permits: No permits were presented.
Property Ownership Changes: Don & Rosie Gooder to Alan Johnson.
Road Report: No report, all items were discussed at annual meeting.
Old Business
- The board has received one bid on repairing the shed roof. Carol will secure another bid for the July meeting. It was also discovered that the north side office building roof is in need of repair. The board will obtain bids for the July meeting.
New Business:
- It was suggested to have a P.A. system at our next annual meeting.
- Another suggestion was to hold the annual meeting the 2nd Saturday of June rather than Father’s Day weekend.
Next meeting scheduled for July 17, 2010, 8:30 a.m.
