3. Clean office and restroom with help of Secretary
4. Compile year end tax information and reports
5. Collect assessments
6. Deal with past due assessments
7. Correspondence for financial issues
8. Attend monthly and annual meetings – answer financial questions
9. Help with annual meeting preparation
10. Help maintain membership lists
11. Pay invoices and mail them
12. Make deposits
13. Maintain financial reports/records for Association
JOB DESCRIPTION ~ SECRETARY
1. Take minutes at monthly meeting of the Board
2. Answer questions relating to past meeting/minutes
3. File all appropriate documents/maintain files
4. Keep accurate records regarding correspondence
5. Answer correspondence at the direction of the Board
6. Clean restroom and office with help of Treasurer
7. Compile minutes arfter meeting, type and mail to each Board Member
8. Compile agenda for next meeting, type and mail, provide at meeting
9. Post minutes of past meeting on bulletin board and office door
10. Email minutes to web site administrator
11. Post agenda for next meeting on bulletin board and office door
12. Post pertinent announcements on bulletin board and office door
13. Help maintain membership lists
14. Help with annual meeting; take minutes; collect ballots, etc.
15. Prepare annual meeting agenda and mail to all members
16. Purchase supplies for office duties
